win7是自带3.5，win10不知道。还有3.5的包应该是直接安装，到4.5才在线。

不如直接检查下更新的补丁里装的是net的什么版本得了。

安装包不行的，首先用虚拟光驱把系统盘挂载到D盘
管理员权限cmd运行
dism.exe /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFX3 /Source:d:\sources\sxs

这里的d:\sources\sxs前面的D就是系统盘的盘符，你挂载到哪个盘就换成哪个盘
