新天地那里的价格是这样的，确实没夸张。我舅舅家就在翠湖天地，一直没记住是具体哪个项目了，就是在顺昌路和自忠路交口的那个，与一大会址所在的新天地就是马路之隔。房价大概多年前买的时候就已8万多一平了，至于现在是多少就不知道了。那各方面的综合条件，啧啧，只能深深的感慨了。

曾经在瑞安呆过，翠湖最便宜的时候3W出头，最疯狂的时候10W都要托关系。

4KW的房子，租金不超过4W/月，一年回报算是50W，80年回本，回报率1个点多

HK的房价是贵，人家租金什么价钱？

所以我觉得上海的房价虚高。
