Responding to the fiasco, Deputy Chief Mike McLaughlin confirmed his district had indeed billed Derrick Deanda.

Told the deputy chief: ‘We’re obligated to provide the same level of service, the same billing the same everything, for every patient we encounter.’

He said Deanda technically became a patient when he suffered the cut.

普通人可以，救护车里有生理盐水不用，用矿泉水清创，这人怎么拿到执照的？

这个涉及到美国医护人员的素质问题，和143美元账单无关。

不止给水了，还测了心跳，可能就是用听诊器听了几下心跳和呼吸。
可以，这很美利坚

普通问诊（排队候诊那种），会给开99刀账单；急救加上比例了。不过跟院方交涉一下应该可以免。

不就是那人自己要了一瓶水吗？

原来电影里面出事之后每人披一个FBI啊NYPD之类的毯子，或者穿个外套，手里捧着一杯咖啡，这些都是收费项目。。

我有一个同事，食物中毒几乎晕到，旁边好心人叫来救护车，他坚持不上，自己去的医院。据说上了就有天价救护车费用。

来都来了还能逃掉出点血？不上付一半吧

要是这瓶矿泉水把人给洗发炎破伤风了，医院得赔一个亿吗。
