However, it might be possible to help you correct your sign-in ID
and issue you a tentative password if we can confirm your PSN account
by the information you provided us.
In order to arrange for providing you a tentative password, we would
like to make sure that this request is from the person who has registered.
We are afraid but please tell us following information:
-Amount of money in the Wallet of your PSN account (as far as you can recall)
-Contents which you download and the time you download them
(at least three if you have any)
-Game titles which you have picked up trophy in (at least three
if you have any)
-The latest date when you accessed to the account
-Friend's Online IDs (at least three if you have any)
-Serial number of your console which you use your account with
(for example: 01-12345678-1234567-CECH-2000A).
In case you use both PlayStation 3 (PS3) and PlayStation Portable
(PSP), please let us know serial number of PS3.
Moreover, we will send you a tentative password to your sign-in ID
by email. Therefore, when you fill the web form, please type your email
address which you would like to use as your new sign-in ID on the column
for email address.
Lastly, in case we cannot identify your PSN account, we will contact
you by phone. Therefore, we would like you to reply us with your
convenient time to receive our phone call. Also, we are afraid to ask
you but please let us know your country code for verification.
