大意是说如果对某个灾难事件的捐款超过了灾难救济所需要的金额，那么超出的金额将会被用在其他地方。我们觉得这次损失巨大，救援和将来重建需要的金额也很多，捐款肯定是越多越好。后来有人推荐世界宣明会这个慈善机构，看了下介绍觉得可以，推荐给大家
