Kevin Haninger received his Ph.D. in Health Policy from Harvard University in 2006. As part of the Kids Risk Project, Dr. Haninger researches the content and ratings of video games. Dr. Haninger received a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship to study methodological and ethical issues in valuing health, including applications to children. He graduated with distinction from Stanford University in 1999, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Dr. Haninger also studied health policy and ethics as a visiting student at New College, Oxford University prior to entering the doctoral program at Harvard.
He is an avid gamer who manages a World of Warcraft guild.After leaving Harvard he took at post-doctoral position at Wharton.
