求助求助。懂postfix的来救救

    小公司的一个邮件系统。postfix+cyrus.在web上加了新用户邮箱后，只能发邮件。不能收邮件。显示不存在这个邮件。具体要怎么做啊。十万火急~

    以前开的邮箱都是好的。是否是在webmail里开好邮箱后还要加什么认证之类？要添加修改cyrus？
    还有开通网络权限。

    结果是内网可以连。外网连不上。我看文档上说应该有个地址：

    http://192.188.80.208/intranet/admin
    是修改邮件认证和internet认证权限的。密码账户应该都是cryus。可输入进去又不对。也不知道如何重置。
