To assist the Team Leader in developing new trade relationships against the targeted customer base under the Bank’s Pearl River Delta(PRD) Proposition in order to maximize the Bank’s return and minimize risk
To manage a portfolio of customer, including formulating trade relationship strategies and proactively working with Relationship Managers to achieve lending and new trade services propositions
To provide excellent service to meet customer’s expectations and deepening and expanding his/her portfolio
To proactively implement strategies in cementing stronger relationship with target customers
To achieve the financial and business targets assigned under the PRD strategy especially on new trade relationship acquisition against the target customer base
To protect the Bank from financial and operational loss through strict compliance
