Local authorities believe that the kidnapping, torture and murder of this woman and another state official are related to the capture of a high ranking member of the Golf Cartel last week.

www.sbanzu.comShe was driving her car when some armed narcos in a black Pick up intercepted her right in front of the office. Later, her car was found still running in the middle of the street.
www.sbanzu.comThis body of a tortured feamale was found laying only a few meters away from their home. The parents of the kidnapped girl first identified her as their daughter and claimed the body, but later the same day they took their testimony back because some body signs seem not to match .
Now they are running new investigations/tests to determine the identity of the body.
