之前 Mac 一直用 Belkin 的 TB2 Docking。换了新 Mac 后，一直用 TB2-TB3 的转接头，凑合着用着。因为这个转接头的方案没办法充电，所以，还要单独使用一个电源。
看了lsxs推荐 Lenovo 40ac 的帖子

前不久看到小黄鱼上有个品相不错的，就收了。
收到后，连上 mac的 TB3，HDMI连接显示器后，出现了一个问题：外接显示屏会闪烁，大约隔个 30s 左右，会闪一次。换了 DP 线，同样问题。
开始以为是 Dock 的问题，今天到公司，用 HDMI->DVI 线接公司显示器，一样出现了闪烁的问题。但是，用有TB3 的 windows 本连接 Dock，就一点问题没有。
后来，在 Lenovo 的 Community 里找到了类似的问题，发现这个 Dock 在 2019 Nov 发布了一套驱动和固件更新。
