在shopbop上买了一个795美金的包，昨天收到的，有个锁扣是断的，扣不上。当即拍照写邮件联系客服，客服给的答复是退货，然后在30个工作日内处理我的退货，然后再过5个工作日转账到银行。但是我想换一个新的，客服的答复也是把这个先退回去，然后马上拍一个再付款一次，他们马上寄出，同样过35个工作日再退第一次的款给我。但是这样一来，就会占用我1590美金前后合计50来天（收到这个破损的包花了15天，现在又要等35个工作日退货），这样合理吗？有没啥更好的办法。
