最近在整理总结书上的内容，这句话这么说有没有啥问题:the problems of assessing the financial performance of the management of the two divisions centre on the difficulty in segregating managerial performance from the economic performance of the division

这种话建议分两句或者三句说。。。

problems做主语接centre on感觉不怎么舒服

谷歌了一下，有一句参考："the problems tend to be centered on ..."

另外用centre on的句子好少，谷歌都说您是不是要找："centered on"

有问题。

到底有啥问题撒

我做了个改写，意思一样

To assess the financial performance of the two divisions' management, the difficult and the crucial part is segregating two types of performance of these divisions, one is managerial, the other is economic

这个，书面上有英文文章一句写这么长？没见过。

有美国高材生的话我就放心了

除了博士论文的title，很少见有这么多of的

performance 用了太多遍了, 英文写作很忌讳同一个词在短期内出现多次, 更不用说在一句话里面了.

其实是英文原版教材原文...


但是以前也出现过原版教材有印刷和校对的问题，所以这里看不顺眼就拿上来问问了，之前没说就是不想给人取向性

The difficulty of assessing the financial performance of the management of the two divisions is to seperate the managerial performance from the economic performance.

这教材不好, 叫英文写作老师看了肯定要骂.

这不就是国内"XX的XX的XX的XX的XX的XX"那种说话方式吗?这种句子就算是中文我都不一定懂.

出现2个以上of， 英国人就看不懂了。。。我在英国也极少甚至可以说从来没有见过连续出现两个of以上的情况。。。

大学里也是，老师千叮万嘱不要用太多的of, that, which 这种连词，用多了头疼。。能拆开写尽量拆开写。。

+1. 用太多这三个感觉还不如拆开来.看的太晕了.

这句介词真多。

看到长句就头疼。。。

问题是没有，就是看的太累

这个句子其实一点都不长。以前做阅读理解，有的文章几乎每个句子比这个长2至3倍。

你就别再黑英国了。英国人英语退步到还不如原殖民地的移民，你在英国都和什么人接触？非正常人类研究中心？

谷歌翻译为：评估的两个司关于分隔该司的经济表现，管理上的表现难以中心管理的财务执行情况的问题

雅虎翻译为：估计二分裂的管理的财政业绩的问题在分离管理表现的困难围绕从分裂的经济实绩

这种句子在大学的business writing肯定被老师 x 掉

一段就是一句的也有，不过人家那都是用标点，连接词连接起来的，让人方便理解。

这句子艰涩主要是of，of的。除非论文标题必须把很多意思浓缩起来需要这么搞，一般在文章中间不会这么考验人的阅读能力。

呃...这黑的没有下限了...
都说了如果没有印刷或校正问题的话，这句话不仅是英国ACCA原版教材里的话，还是02年12月P5 Advanced performance management全球统考的标准答案，写答案的人是examiner:Shane Johnson

或者说现在英语都该按中国人的写法了？

学术文章里面的句子为了表达意思精确，几个of太正常了

随便翻了我的参考书的一页，某一段的总结性句子如下
