本合同签字生效之日起，原签订于2004年4月1日的合同将自动失效，除辞退金的计算年限从2004年4月1日起计算外，其它双方的一切权利及义务均已了结，将从本合同签字之日起重新开始计算。

The contract will come into effect as soon as it is signed,meanwhile the original contract which signed in April 1,2004 will automatically be invalid. All the rights and duties of both parties have been settled up and will be recalculated from when the contract was signed,except the dismissal compensation recalculated from April 1,2004.
