she is, upstairs在这里是副词作的地点状语（在楼上），跟i'm home里的home一样的，之所以不需要i'm at home，因为home可做副词，你查下字典就知道了。如果是she has的缩写，那需要She's been upstairsXXX。后面writing现在分词短语作状语，表伴随的动作，指主语在楼上正在做的事。to do的话，不定式用这里一般是表目的，那她应该还没上楼，与is upstairs不符。这句若改成she has to go upstairs ( ) write XXXX。那就要用to write:sunglasses:
