md,美亚买东西第一次掉坑里了,美亚同意退钱了,但是

    东西是一双阿迪的鞋子,贵到是不贵31美刀,不能直邮,只能选择转运。转运公司用的是百通,以前一直用,转运了二三十单,没有出过什么问题。


    美亚用的是AMZL US ,好像是他们自己的快递公司,快递送到了以后提示:Your package was delivered. It was handed directly to a receptionist or someone at a front desk.The delivery was signed by: Reuben


    过了两天,百通都没显示入库,我就联系客服,客服说入库一到三天,稍等等,又过了两天,客服说要去问问那边仓库,但是周末不上班。


    等过了一个周末,直接告诉我,仓库那边回复没有收到这个快递,也没有签收的叫Reuben的这个人。


    反过来再去找美亚,美亚的意思就是你要百通发个证明他们没有收到,然后你把情况发邮件到freightforwardlost@amazon.com,这个邮箱专门解决转运公司的问题的。


    但是百通却不肯发这个所谓的证明,不管你怎么说,就是没有收到这个,然后也不肯写证明。



    上网搜索了一下,美亚那个快递AMZL US好像是有丢快递的情况,那个邮箱别人发了,好像也没有什么太大的用途。然后百通明摆着耍赖,但是我又拿他没办法。


    好在钱不多,实在拿不回损失也不算太大,但是搞得人烦的死,我这样的情况还有办法吗?

    前几年刚流行海淘的时候,直接跟客服说一下立马补发。。。

    后来逐渐的开始要等

    然后开始要“手续”“核实”

    去年丢过一次件就放弃了,价格优势不大,时间长,风险高

    现在只能死马当活马医了,给美亚提供的那个邮箱发了个邮件,要么帮我找到快递,要么refund。不知道会不会有结果

    回了个邮件,同意退款了,但是好像要我重新买一次,我如果不买,应该也没事吧??

    去年初买了三张4KUHD碟片,美亚直邮发了个不能追踪进度到国内转邮政投递的快递。等了两个月没收到,联系中亚的海淘专门客服,说明情况后让我找邮政确认一下没有我的包裹就让我重拍了,特地关注让我选海外加急,费用全退。一周后就收到了。现在不知道还有没有这种品质的服务。

    你这个是直邮,我那个不能直邮,只能转运,考虑到转运公司的态度,我已经不太敢用了,所以也不太想再买了


    然后你是先拍了再退费还是退了费然后再拍的??我看他的邮件,好像是现在已经退费了,然后请求?要求?(request)我再买一个

    转运就用过一次日亚的某家,运过一次剃须刀,拖了25天。

    所以一直都买直邮的。

    转运运点模型、数码这种不易仿的还行,鞋帽衣服这些最好不要用
    更别提还有顶楼这种乌龙事件了

    意思是虽然全额退款了,但东西也没得到不是吗,耽误您工夫了,如果还想要这个东西就再下一单,选最屌最快的运输方式,运费由亚马逊出。

    一家电商能做到这个地步,还有什么可说的。

    不过退款成功率120%,因为有几单退款成功后过几个月CD碟又收到了
