Come on, I was talking about the violent crime rate like the ones mentioned in OP. And I meant to say that the ghetto neighborhood among Santa Ana and Irvine are similar in terms of demographics (1.5% vs 1.8%), of which the OP blamed as the source of violent crimes.

If you want to convince everyone it is D's fault please list policies towards employers that negatively affected the employment chances of inner city blacks.
