不过注意炒的最热的特级初榨橄榄油(Extra virgin olive oil)烟点反而是最低的,那个是给你凉拌沙拉的。
而且即使烟点最高的Extra light olive oil(242°C)仍然没有常用的豆油高(Soybean oil 257°C)
